Shipment & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all of Symbols & Treasures sales are final. We do not give refunds for any purchase. If for any reason your product is damaged upon receipt you may request a product exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Symbols & Treasures' reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Shipping Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

For domestic orders (United States), please view the estimated time of delivery & shipment in the item's description area located at the top on the product's page. All of our product's estimated time of delivery and shipments vary. For international orders, transit and delivery time is contingent upon location. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
